The film’s SFX makeup artist, Hakeem Effect, has revealed all about the contentious sex scene in Kunle Afolayan’s most recent film, Anikulapo, after days of speculation.

Hakeem Effect stated that the breasts were “prosthetics” that required hours of meticulous work in a Facebook post.

“Took my team and I hours to get this done …..prosthetics boobs @hakeemeffect our slogan is stretching your imagination,” the celebrated artist wrote.

Since the movie’s October 1, 2022 release, viewers have responded to the film’s naked scene with a lot of fanfare.

Arolake, the youngest bride of the Alaafin, is played by Bimbo in a supporting role. She chooses to elope with Saro (Kunle Remi).
