Now that voice notes may be uploaded as status updates on WhatsApp, contacts can listen to recordings lasting up to 30 seconds. The most recent item that can be shared via the status function is these voice notes, which will vanish after 24 hours.
WhatsApp originally offered status updates in 2017, and thus far, text, images, videos, and GIFs have all been supported. As voice communications have grown in popularity within the app, the new voice capability has been implemented. The company estimated that 7 billion voice communications were received every day in March of last year.
Additionally, much as the firm introduced message reactions last year, WhatsApp is expanding on statuses by enabling status reactions. Additionally, you will have the choice of who sees your status updates, allowing you to limit who sees them among your contacts. The chosen audience can be kept and applied to all upcoming statuses.
